Description
歪むこととなる。
すると、先に説明したように、送信回路の出力信号210として、信号振幅は電源01に示す値まで変化するが、その周波数は入力信号209と同様に、時間と共に変化する波形215に示す信号が現れる。すなわち、周波数が時間と共に変化する出力波形が得られることなる。
V3/V1 = N3/N1
V3/V2 = N3/N2
の関係がある。ここで、V1,V2はそれぞれ、M1、M2で発生する電圧である。また、V1、V2は電源219に由来するものである。すると、探触子100には、スイッチM1、M2がONするタイミングに沿って発生する電圧V3が印加されることになる。
Claims (11)
- 超音波を送受信する複数の超音波振動子が配列された超音波探触子と、
前記超音波探触子内の振動子毎に電気信号を与えるものであって、任意の複数の周波数成分を有する矩形波信号を前記振動子毎に与える超音波ビームを形成させる送信部と、
前記超音波ビームの送信によって得られる受信信号を受信する受信部と、
前記受信信号に基づいて超音波画像を形成する信号処理部と、
を備えたことを特徴とする超音波診断装置。 - 前記振動子毎に与えられる前記矩形波信号のデューディ比を可変設定するスイッチ部をさらに備えた請求項1記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記スイッチ部は、経時的に前記矩形波信号のデューティ比を可変設定する請求項2記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記スイッチ部は、前記振動子毎に与えられる前記矩形波信号のデューティ比を相異ならせて設定する請求項2記載の超音波診断装置。
- ティッシュハーモニックイメージングを実行する際に、前記送信部から複数の周波数成分を有する前記矩形波信号を出力するよう前記送信部を制御する制御部をさらに備えた請求項1記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記送信部により前記振動子に前記矩形波信号を与えられている周期間において、前記デューディ比を可変制御するよう前記矩形波送信回路を制御する制御部をさらに備えた請求項2記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記送信部により前記振動子に前記矩形波信号を与えられている周期間において、前記スイッチ部に設定された第1の導通期間から前記第1の導通期間と異なる第2の導通期間へ可変制御するよう前記矩形波送信回路を制御する制御部をさらに備えた請求項2記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記制御部は、前記送信部により前記振動子に前記矩形波信号を与えられている周期間を分割し、それらの分割期間毎に複数の異なる周波数の信号を前記振動子に与え、前記デューディ比を可変制御するよう前記矩形波送信回路を制御する制御部をさらに備えた請求項2記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記送信部は、それぞれ正負の電源に接続され、
前記正負の電源は、複数の電源から構成される請求項4に記載の超音波診断装置。 - 前記複数のスイッチ部によって前記複数の正負の電源を制御する制御部をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項9に記載の超音波診断装置。
- 前記送信部は、単一の電源とパルストランスを含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の超音波診断装置。
