Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 液体が存在する微細流路に対して、差圧発生源を用いて上記液体を挟んで差圧を発生させることにより、上記液体を送液する送液制御方法であって、
上記微細流路には、流れ方向において圧力損失が変化する圧力損失変化部が設けられており、
上記液体と上記差圧発生源との間における圧力変動を検出することにより、上記液体の先端が上記圧力損失変化部に達したと判断することを特徴とする、送液制御方法。 - 上記圧力損失変化部は、流れ方向において断面積が縮小または拡大している部分である、請求項1に記載の送液制御方法。
- 上記圧力損失変化部は、これを規定する壁面が、その流れ方向前後部分よりも表面粗さが大であり、または撥水性が高い部分である、請求項1に記載の送液制御方法。
- 上記圧力損失変化部は、流れ方向と直角である方向の寸法が、流れ方向において不連続に変化する部分を有する、請求項2に記載の送液制御方法。
- 液体を流すための微細流路と、
上記微細流路に対して、上記液体を挟んで差圧を発生させる差圧発生源と、
を備える送液制御システムであって、
上記微細流路には、流れ方向において圧力損失が変化する圧力損失変化部が設けられており、
上記液体と上記差圧発生源との間における圧力を測定する圧力測定手段と、
上記圧力測定手段によって測定された圧力の変動によって上記液体の先端が上記圧力損失変化部に達したと判断する制御部と、
を備えることを特徴とする、送液制御システム。 - 上記圧力損失変化部は、流れ方向において断面積が縮小または拡大している部分である、請求項5に記載の送液制御システム。
- 上記圧力損失変化部は、これを規定する壁面が、その流れ方向前後部分よりも表面粗さが大であり、または撥水性が高い部分である、請求項5に記載の送液制御システム。
- 上記圧力損失変化部は、流れ方向と直角である方向の寸法が、流れ方向において不連続に変化する部分を有する、請求項6に記載の送液制御システム。
