範囲の絶対最大定格が−0.4V〜VCC+0.4Vや−0.5V〜VCC+0.5Vのアナログスイッチ10もある。
Claims (4)
- ハンズフリー・スピーカマイクロホンを接続して使用することのある、トランシーバ等の通信機のスピーカ付ハンドマイクにおける、前記ハンズフリー・スピーカマイクロホンへの回路切替を自動的に行なう音声入出力自動切替回路であって、前記スピーカ付ハンドマイクに接続される前記ハンズフリー・スピーカマイクロホンのマイクロホンの出力ラインに配置される抵抗値の低い電流検出用抵抗器と、前記電流検出用抵抗器の両端から電圧降下を検出して出力を切り替えるコンパレータと、前記コンパレータの出力信号の状態に応じて前記スピーカ付ハンドマイクのマイクロホン側の電気信号の回路を前記ハンズフリー・スピーカマイクロホンのマイクロホン側に自動切替するアナログスイッチと、前記電流検出用抵抗器と並列に接続される、音声成分に対し十分低いインピーダンスとなるような容量のコンデンサとから成る音声入力自動切替回路を含む、音声入出力自動切替回路。
- ハンズフリー・スピーカマイクロホンを接続して使用することのある、トランシーバ等の通信機のスピーカ付マイクロホンにおける、前記ハンズフリー・スピーカマイクロホンへの回路切替を自動的に行なう音声入出力自動切替回路であって、前記スピーカ付ハンドマイクに接続される前記ハンズフリー・スピーカマイクロホンのマイクロホンの出力ラインに配置される抵抗値の低い電流検出用抵抗器と、前記電流検出用抵抗器の両端から電圧降下を検出して出力を切り替えるコンパレータと、前記コンパレータの出力信号の状態に応じて前記前記スピーカ付ハンドマイク側の電気信号の回路を前記ハンズフリー・スピーカマイクロホンのスピーカ側に自動切替するアナログスイッチと、前記アナログスイッチの入力端子と電源端子との間に接続される順方向電圧の低いショットキーバリアダイオードとから成る音声出力自動切替回路を含む、音声入出力自動切替回路。
- 前記ハンズフリー・スピーカマイクロホンにおけるマイクロホンが骨伝導マイクロホンである、請求項1又は2に記載の音声入出力自動切替回路。
- 前記ハンズフリー・スピーカマイクロホンにおけるスピーカが骨伝導スピーカである、請求項2に記載の音声入出力自動切替回路。
