Claims (8)
- 微細格子用の金型であって、キャビティ底面に、中心位置が微細格子の周期である可視光線の波長よりも小さな間隔となるように配置された突起部を有する金型。
- 突起部の、キャビティ底面に平行な断面が突起部の高さにしたがって小さくなり、断面の減少率が突起部の高さにしたがって大きくなる請求項1に記載の金型。
- 突起部のキャビティ底面に平行な断面が円形である請求項1または2に記載の金型。
- 突起部のキャビティ底面における断面の円形の中心が、当該円形の直径の長さに等しい一辺を備える正方形の頂点の位置を占めるように、突起部がキャビティ底面に配置される請求項3に記載の金型。
- 突起部のキャビティ底面における断面の円形の中心が、当該円形の直径の長さに等しい一辺を備える正三角形の頂点の位置を占めるように、突起部がキャビティ底面に配置される請求項3に記載の金型。
- 突起部が放物面形状である請求項3に記載の金型。
- 請求項1から6のいずれかに記載された金型によって成形された微細格子。
- 合成樹脂からなる請求項7に記載の微細格子。
