Abstract
Description
Claims (17)
- 以下の構成を備えた視野計:
表示手段;
視標制御手段;この視標制御手段は、被験者の視線を固定させるための固視標および被験者の瞳孔に光刺激を与えるための光刺激視標を前記表示手段の所定の複数の位置に表示する;
赤外光照射手段;この赤外光照射手段は、被験者の眼球に対して赤外光を照射する;
撮像手段;この撮像手段は、前記赤外光照射手段から照射された赤外光を利用して被験者の眼球を撮像する;
ケース;このケースは、前記表示手段と前記赤外光照射手段と前記撮像手段とを内部に収納し、被験者が前記表示手段に表示された前記固視標および前記光刺激視標を外側から見るためののぞき孔を有する;
瞳孔検出手段;この瞳孔検出手段は、前記撮像手段が撮像した画像を基に被験者の瞳孔径を検出する;
視野計測手段;この視野計測手段は、被験者に前記固視標を注視させた状態で前記視標制御手段が前記光刺激視標を表示した時に前記瞳孔検出手段が検出した被験者の瞳孔径の変化をもとに被験者の視野を計測する;
特徴とするところは、
前記表示手段は、画面の背景の輝度および前記光刺激視標の輝度を個別に調整可能なディスプレイ装置からなる。 - 請求項1記載の視野計において、さらに、
前記表示手段の位置を、前記のぞき孔に対して、上下方向および/または、左右方向および/または、前後方向に調整可能な表示位置調節手段を設けた。 - 請求項1記載の視野計において、さらに、
前記撮像手段の撮像位置および撮像方向を調整可能な撮像装置調節手段を設けた。 - 請求項3記載の視野計において、さらに、
前記瞳孔検出手段の検出結果をもとに、被験者の瞳孔径が最大となるように前記撮像装置調節手段を介して前記撮像手段の撮像位置および撮像方向を調整する撮像装置制御手段を設けた。 - 請求項1記載の視野計において、さらに、
被験者の操作に応じて操作信号を前記視野計測手段に出力する操作スイッチを設け、
前記視野計測手段は、被験者の瞳孔径の変化、および前記操作スイッチからの操作信号の入力をもとに、視野を計測する。 - 請求項1記載の視野計において、
前記ケースの内面の放射率は、略1である。 - 請求項1記載の視野計において、
前記視標制御手段は、パルス状の前記光刺激視標を、少なくとも2回連続して前記表示手段に表示する。 - 請求項1記載の視野計において、
前記視標制御手段は、光の強弱が周期的に変化する光刺激視標を前記表示手段に表示する。 - 請求項8記載の視野計において、
前記光刺激視標は、光のパルス列である。 - 請求項8記載の視野計において、
前記光刺激視標は、光の強弱が正弦波状に変化する。 - 請求項8記載の視野計において、
前記視標制御手段は、前記光刺激視標の光の強弱の周期を変更する機能を備える。 - 請求項8記載の視野計において、
前記視標制御手段は、前記光刺激視標の大きさを変更する機能を備える。 - 請求項8記載の視野計において、
前記視野計測手段は、瞳孔径の振動幅、または振幅から、前記瞳孔径の変化の大きさを求める機能を備える。 - 請求項13記載の視野計において、
前記視野計測手段は、前記瞳孔径の変化の大きさと、前記光刺激視標の光の強さとの比を求め、その比に基づいて、被験者の視野の感度を計測する機能を備える。 - 請求項8記載の視野計において、
前記視野計測手段は、前記光刺激視標の光の強弱の周期と、被験者の瞳孔径の変化の周期との同期性を求める機能を備える。 - 請求項1に記載の視野計において、
前記視野計測手段は、前記被験者の瞳孔径の変化をもとに、前記光刺激視標が表示された位置が被験者の正常視野領域か否かを判断する機能を備える。 - 請求項1記載の視野計において、
前記視標制御手段は、前記光刺激視標の色を変更する機能を備える。
