Abstract

PURPOSE:To rapidly insert a bifurcated claw body in a bundling member by mounting the bifurcated claw body taking up the bundling member in a freely rotatable manner so as to rise and fall along a take-up support and interposing a removing member for detaching the bundling member taken up by the auxiliary frame provided to the take-up support. CONSTITUTION:When a packed body 2 reaches an unpacking position 7 to be brought into contact with the roller 17 of a guide body 18, the lift cylinder 11 of a take-up apparatus 6 is contracted and a bifurcated claw body 10 falls to be inserted in a bundling member 4 and a cutting blad 9 advances to cut the bundling member 4. The bundling member 4 is disjointed around the packed body 2 but supported on the side of the take-up apparatus 6 by the roller 17 of the guide body 18 and the complexity of the bundling member 4 during the taking-up due to the bifurcated claw body 10 is avoided. At last, the lift cylinder 11 extends and the bifurcated claw body 10 rises to pass through the insert hole 27 of an auxiliary frame 28. A removing member 29 is provided to the lower part of the frame 28 and the bundling member 4 taken up by the bifurcated claw body 10 is squeezed out by a transfer material 30 and the ring surface part therearound to be detached as a wound lump.
