Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the speed of unpacking work and to certainly take up a bundling member, by mounting a packed body transfer apparatus, a take-up having a bifurcated claw body inserted in the bundling member to rotate in order to take up said member and a bundling member support apparatus having a projection body for supporting and guiding the bundling member. CONSTITUTION:When the packed body 2 placed on a pan conveyor 3 reaches an unpacking position 7, a limit switch is operated to allow the press cylinder 16 of a press apparatus 14 to extend and a press pad 15 presses the packed body 2 to a take-up apparatus 6 and the packed body brought into contact with the roller 17 of a bundling member support apparatus 18 to be positioned. Next, the lift cylinder 11 of the take-up apparatus 6 is contracted and a bifricated claw body 10 falls to be inserted in the bundling member 4. Then, a cutting blade 9 advances to out the bundling member 4. The bundling member 4 is disjointed around the packed body 2 but taken up on the side of the take-up apparatus 6 by the roller 17 of the bundling member support apparatus 17 while guided thereby and, therefore, the bundling member 4 is prevented from hanging-down, jumping and entanglement.
