Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the speed of unpacking work and to collect a cut bundling member in a small size, by pressing a packed body to a packed body constant position holding apparatus and inserting the pawls of the bifurcated claw body of a take-up apparatus in the bundling member of the packed body to cut said bundling member by a cutting blade and holding the cut bundling member between said blade and the packed body constant position holding apparatus to take up the same.
