Abstract

PURPOSE:To increase the speed of opening work, by arranging a press means, which partially depresses the side surface of a package on a side where a bifurcated pawl body rises and falls when the package is pressed to a definite position, in the vicinity of the rising and falling position of the bifurcated pawl body. CONSTITUTION:When a package 2 is placed at the opening position of a mount apparatus 3, a push apparatus 14 presses the package 2 which is, in turn, laterally moved until brought into contact with a holding apparatus 18.
