Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the utilizing efficiency of a residual voltage and to eliminated the limit in circuit design attended with suppression of the residual voltage to a low value by providing a boosting circuit boosting the residual voltage generated between terminals and feeding the result to the detecting circuit as a power supply. CONSTITUTION:When a switching circuit 18 closes terminals 12, 13 based on the on-signal from the detecting circuit 11, a conduction path from the DC power supply 14 via a load 15 and the switching circuit 18 is formed. In the closing state of the switching circuit 18, the boosting circuit 25 is driven to boost the residual voltage generated between the terminals 12, 13 to a voltage over the lower limit driving voltage required for the normal drive of the detecting circuit 11 and the boosted voltage is fed as the power supply to the detecting circuit 11. Thus, while the residual voltage between the terminals 12 and 13 is suppressed lower, the detecting circuit 11 is driven normally and the residual voltage between the terminals 12, 13 is supplied as it is to the boosting circuit 25, thereby improving the utilization rate of the residual voltage.
