Abstract
PURPOSE:To raise the hit accuracy by making an angle error signal in the yaw direction invalid in accordance with the measured area value, outputting a yaw guidance signal in the direction in which an area value increases and outputting validly the angle error signal when the area ratio is roughly maximum. The system 8 guides a flying object to a target by a pitch angle error signal 7 and the signal 18. Also, the circuit 17 makes the signal invalid when the area value 16 is some value, outputs the signal 18 to the system 8 in the direction in which the area value 16 increases, and guides the flying object in the side face direction of the target. Subsequently, when the area value 16 is roughly maximum, the signal 6 becomes valid, the signal 18 is sent out to the system 8 and the flying object is guided to the center of the side face of the target. In this state, when the flying object has approached the target, the circuit 17 sends out a variable power signal 1a to a variable power optical system 1c when the area value 16 is some value, and in a state that an angle of visibility is widened, the flying object is guided to the center of the side face of the target.
