Abstract
PURPOSE:To properly perform control, in a pressure control system for controlling the output of a pressure sensor to a set value corresponding to the output of said pressure sensor, by detecting the reduction degree of a sheath liquid from the increment of the pressure value in a container in a non-filling state. CONSTITUTION:The sheath tube in a sheath liquid container 5 is guided to a nozzle 11 through an impurity removing filter 8 and a pressure sensor 9, and the set value from the outside and the output of the sensor 9 are inputted to a control circuit 17 for controlling the output of the sensor 9 to a set value and the circuit 17 controls the pressure of the sensor 9 to a constant value through a sheath liquid electric regulator 3. The liquid level of a sheath liquid is detected from the increment of the pressure signal value, which is sent to the regulator 3 from the circuit 17, from the initial value in a non-filling state corresponding to the reduction of the sheath liquid and an alarm/display apparatus 18 is operated. Therefore, control can be properly performed.
