Further, an output machinery 7 for outputting a calculation result and a comparing chart preparing device 10 are connected to the central processor 5. The data once taken in the central processor 5 is used and a parameter is altered by a separation condition controller 9 to output a supposed chromatogram by simulation and the optimum separation condition is determined from this result.
