CONSTITUTION:The production controlling system consists of central processor CPU1, storage device 2 and input-output device 3. To this system, scale 4 composed of scales 4A-4J having on-line functions and process controller 5 controlling it are added. Then, data from scale 4 measuring parts and products are transferred to CPU1 via process controller 5. On the basis of production controlling data in device 2, CPU1 performs processing and transfers necessary counting data to scale 4 via process control circuit 5. Thus, data can rapidly be inputted in on-line mode, so that the efficient production control can be exercised.
