Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve an operative performance and omit a high-precision manufacturing tolerance and a finishing by composing an apparatus for delivering metered quantities of fuel of a stationary member, a gas inflow port and a fuel discharge port and a movable member. CONSTITUTION: Diaphragms 94, 89 are pressurized so as to be moved valve elements 85, 90 for the purpose of opening a gas port 74 and a discharging port 69 respectively. When the gas port 74 opens, gas under pressure flows into a quantity metering chamber 62 through a circular part 81 between a movable member 63 and a stationary member 61, then, a liquid in the quantity metering chamber 62 is displaced from the quantity metering chamber 62 to the discharging port 69 which is opening at the present time and then the liquid is displaced through a fuel passage 65. Thus, the metered quantity of fuel in the quantity metering chamber 62 is delivered to a proper part of an engine which is connected with the fuel passage 65. After that, gas pressure is released from four diaphragms 79, 84, 89, 94 and a fuel inflow port 66 and a fuel outflow port 67 are opened by actions of each springs 70, 75, 87, 93, then the gas port 74 and the discharging port 69 are closed.
