- 電極部材に少なくとも１個のＰＮ接合を有する
少なくとも１枚の半導体ペレツトを鑞付したサブ
アセンブリーに表面保護剤を巻き付け、その上を
エポキシ樹脂でトランスフアーモールド成形する
樹脂モールド型半導体装置において、電極リード
がシングルヘツダーリードであり、かつ、ヘツダ
ー部根本が凹の形状になつており、ヘツダーから
流れ出た表面安定化材をリード側まで流出するの
を防止できる構造になつていることを特徴とする
樹脂モールド型半導体装置。
