Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve operability by selecting automatically an optimum mixing ratio in accordance with the signal of a temperature setter and detecting suitably a valve position with a valve position detecting means. CONSTITUTION:The device is equipped with a hot-water supply thermal source 1 composed of a heating heater 2 and a hot water storage tank 3, a pressure adjuster 5 is inserted on the way of a water supplying circuit 4 and branched to a hot water circuit 7 to pass through the hot-water supply thermal source 1 and a water circuit 8 not to pass through by a flow-dividing part 6. Both channels pass through a flow ratio control valve 9, are joined and the hot water is supplied through a hot water supplying circuit 10 to the faucet of respective terminals. Near the terminal faucet, a temperature setter 11 is equipped, the signal is compared with the signal from a temperature detector 13 provided at the hot water supplying circuit 1 with a control circuit 12, and the flow of the hot water circuit 7 and the water circuit 8 is controlled by a flow ratio control valve 9 so that the difference can be eliminated. Thus, the temperature of the faucet, etc., is detected, controlled so as to coincide with a purpose temperature, the high temperature hot water and the water are mixed by an optimum ratio, a valve position is fed back and a fine temperature control is realized.
