CONSTITUTION:The brightness difference in the light incoming to the image sensor is obtained by a monitor means, and the amplification degree of a differential amplifying circuit 33 is set in accordance with the brightness difference beforehand. Thereafter, the video signal of the image sensor and the detecting signal of a minimum light detecting circuit 27 are inputted to the differential amplifying circuit 33. Then, the differential amplifying circuit 33 is constituted so that only the changed element of the video signal may be amplified, the signal may be outputted at the small amplification degree when the brightness difference in the light is large, and the signal may be outputted at the large amplification degree when the brightness difference in the light is small.
