Abstract
PURPOSE:To provide the titled novel composition containing a reaction product produced by reacting a specific compound with a specific reaction product, exhibiting excellent adhesivity in the bonding of polymer to glass surface and capable of imparting high stress-relaxation capability to the bonded interface. CONSTITUTION:The objective composition contains a reaction product produced by reacting (A) a reaction product of (i) a water-soluble solvent (e.g. methanol), (ii) a straight-chain polyalkylene oxide diamine having amino groups at both terminals [preferably H2N(CH2O)6CH2NH2, etc.] and (iii) a halogen-containing organic silicon compound expressed by formula (R<1> is hydrolyzable alkoxy or aryloxy; R<2> is H or 1-6C hydrocarbon group; A is 1-10C organic group; X<1> is halogen; m is 2 or 3) with (B) a compound of formula Y-X<2> (Y is 1-15C chain or cyclic organic group containing N atom having active hydrogen; X<2> is halogen) (e.g. aminobenzyl chloride).
