CONSTITUTION:The aimed composition containing (A) a water-soluble solvent (example; methanol) and a reaction product of (B) a straight-chain polyalkyleneoxide diamine having an amino group on its both terminals [preferably formula H2N(CH2O)6-CH2NH2, etc.] with (C) a halogen-containing organosilicon compound expressed by the formula (R<1> represents hydrolyzable alkoxy or aryloxy; R<2> represents H or 1-6C hydrocarbon group; A represents 1-10C divalent organic group; X<1> represents halogen; m is 2 or 3), which is capable of imparting high stress-relaxation ability to an adhesion interface and suitable as a surface-treating agent for glass cloth which is a reinforcing material for printed circuit boards.
