Abstract
PURPOSE:To improve the reliability and performance of a disinfection filter by forming a heat emitting body integratedly in a way of arranging metal films on both faces of semiconductor polyimide film connected with a metal foil through insulation layers. CONSTITUTION:A heat emitting body 1 is formed monolithically by arranging metal films 5 on both surfaces of a semiconductor polyimide film 3 connected to a metal foil electrode 2 through insulation layers 4. As the electrode 2, a metal foil of such as Cu, Al, Ni or the like is adopted; as impurities, ions of such as As, B, P, Sb or the like; as the insulation layers 4, heat-resistant resin of such as polyimide, polysulfone, meramin, polyamide, or the like; and as the metal films 5, Al, Cu, stainless or the like. The integration is attained by thermal fusion or adhesion with an adhesive.
