Abstract
PURPOSE: To facilitate the deep squeezing and bending of the composite material by laminating via polyethylene-ionomer resin a thin band A1 with a specified thickness on a surface of a glass fiber mat with a specified thickness, and a band A1 with a specified thickness on the other surface thereof. CONSTITUTION: A glass fiber mat is inserted between the two faces of band A1 on which heat seal lacquer, i.e., polyethylene-ionomer resin is coated. Composite material is formed by performing thermal contact sealing under the conditions such as 140-170 deg.C, 1-20 sec and 2-10 bar. The composite material has such structure that the glass fiber mat, 3-10 mm thick is inserted between a thin band A1, 0.05-0.25 mm thick and a band A1, 0.4-0.8 mm thick via a heat seal lacquer layer, 3-13 g/m<2> wide comprising polyethylene-ionomer resin.
