Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate the separation of an adhesion section and the cracking of a glass sheet by a method wherein a transparent rigid synthetic resin sheet and the glass sheet are piled up through a thermally adherent adhesive sheet and, after that, heated and pressed under the application of bending stress. CONSTITUTION:A transparent rigid synthetic resin sheet 3, a thermally adherent adhesive sheet 2 and a glass sheet 1 are laminated to one another. A multi-layer laminate is formed by joining said laminate under the state of forcibly applied predetermined bending stress and heat and pressure. The concrete means to forcibly apply the predetermined bending stress to said laminate is to fix the laminate so as to locate the glass sheet on the concave surface side of a curved surface in the case of a planar laminate. Polycarbonate resin, methacrylate resin or the like is suitable for the transparent rigid synthetic resin. Further, the favorable thermally adherent adhesive sheet is a sheet made of polyvinyl butyral or the like.
