Abstract

PURPOSE:To lower the direct thermal conductivity by making the reflector film through enboss processing and by lessening the contact area of the film with the spacer. CONSTITUTION:The heat insulating material for use at low temperature is made from polyester from the viewpoint of heat resistance, anti-coldness, low water absorption and easy to handle, which is in the form of film of 25mu thick to assure well stiffness and not too much thickness. In the case of A1, for example, the upper surface shall be processed with enboss having the form of a circular hill of approx. 1mm. high and 5mm. in diameter, where the center distance between the hills is 10mm.. According to this arragement, the contact area with the spacer can be reduced to assured a large gap betwen layers, so that the direct thermal conductivity will lessen.
