Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve process efficiency by a method wherein a peeling layer and a metal evaporating layer comprising ultraviolet or electron beam hardening resin are laminated in order on an base material sheet with mold release characteristics. CONSTITUTION: When ultraviolet rays or electron beam is applied on a base material sheet 1 processed with a mold lubricant such as polyethylene terephthalate and the like, said sheet becomes three dimensionally bridged forming polymer with reticulated structure. A peeling layer 2 mainly made of reactive double coupled prepolymer, reactive epoxy base prepolymer, oligomer therefor or hardening composite; a coloring layer 3; preevaporating anchored layer 4 and a metal evaporating layer 5 are laminated in order on said sheet. Further, an adhering layer 6 with the predetermined pattern and thickness of 0.5-15 μm is formed on the metal evaporating layer 5. After the transfer material is superimposed on a base material 7 such as a glass container and heat-pressurized and the base material sheet 1 is peeled off, a metal lustrous pattern is transferred thereon. Thus, stereographic and excellent surface strength metal lustrous patterns can be obtained effectively.
