Abstract

PURPOSE:To allow the high-speed load following operation of a fuel cell power generating system by controlling the pressure of a fuel system and the fuel flow at the anode inlet side with a pressure flow noninterference control device and controlling the inter-electrode pressure difference via the I-PD operation. CONSTITUTION:The pressure of a fuel system and the fuel flow at the anode inlet side are controlled by the pressure adjusting valve 3 of a raw fuel gas guide line and the flow adjusting valve 10 of a fuel gas guide line on the anode inlet side. The steam flow is adjusted by the flow adjusting valve of e steam guide line. The inter-electrode pressure difference is adjusted by the pressure difference adjusting valve 13 of a non-gas line. These pressure adjusting valve, flow adjusting valve, and pressure difference adjusting valve are driven by a pressure flow noninterference control device 14, a steam flow control device 15, and an inter-electrode pressure difference control device 16. The pressure and flow are thereby allowed to follow the target values at a high speed, and the fluctuation of the inter-electrode pressure difference when the load is changed can be prevented.
