Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain fluidization cement for forming a hardened body having high strength, low shrinkage and high durability by specifying the mean spheroidicity of cement particles or spheroidicity and contact of the number of the particles. CONSTITUTION:In a plane projection drawing contg. the longest diameter of cement particles, in case of showing a ratio of the diameter of a circle equal to the projection area of the particle to the diameter of a minimum circle circumscribed to the projection image of the particle as spheroidicity, namely (spheroidicity)=(diameter of circle equal to projection area of particle)/(diameter of minimum circle circumscribed to projection image of particle), fluidization cement is obtained by regulating spheroidicity to a range within 0.80-1.00 or regulating the number of particles being in a range within 0.75-1.00 spheroidicity to >=60% is obtained. in the case of adding sand, ballast and water to this fluidization cement and mixing them, water amount less than conventional cement is sufficiently used. Since strength, dimension stability and durability, etc., necessitated for cement are improved as the amount of water to be added is reduced, a hardened body excellent in the above-mentioned performance is obtained when using this cement.
