Abstract
PURPOSE:To omit a notch of a vibrationproofing material to be secured for a connection area of a conductive pattern by fitting the vibration proofing material to the end part of a vibration transmitting plate and forming a conductive member on the surface of the vibrationproof material in case of detecting the coordinates of an oscillation pen from a vibration transmitting time. CONSTITUTION:A vibrationproofing material 7' is thermally pressed against the end part of the vibration transmitting plate 8. When a conductive pattern 82 formed on the rear face of the plate 8 is opposed to a pattern of a conductive thermal deposition layer 72 and pressed against each other, both the patterns are connected to each other and the pattern 82 is led out through the layer 72.
