CONSTITUTION:The organic tetracarboxylic acid dianhydride component and a diamine component contg. substance whose number (m) of siloxane bonding is within the range of 1-10 by 0.05-10mol.% of all diamine components and the substance within the range of 11-150 by 0.05-10mol.% among silicon-based diamine shown in a formula I are made to react at the temperature 0-200 deg.C and coated on the transparent substrate consisting of the glass or the plastics.
