Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce the number of elements and the occupied area of transistors TRs, by providing first and second transfer gates which control input signals to gates of both MOS TRs. CONSTITUTION:The gate of a P-channel TR P10 is connected to a power source V of a positive side through a P-channel TR P11, and the gate of an N-channel TR N10 is connected to a power source G of a negative side through an N- channel TR N11. An input signal I is transmitted not only to the gate of the P-channel TR P10 through a first transfer gate consisting of a P-channel TR P12 and an N-channel TR N12 but also to the gate of the N-channel TR N10 through a second transfer gate consisting of a P-channel TR P13 and an N- channel TR N13. Thus, the circuit design is simplified with a small number of elements, and the occupied area of TRs on the integrated circuit board is reduced.
