Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable high steam condition to be selected by adjusting the opening of the inlet guide vane of a gas turbine compressor inlet so that the temperature of generated steam does not exceed the upper limit of exhaust gas temperature set previously. CONSTITUTION:Load setting 21 is performed by load dispatching instruction and an actual load so as to become a fuel flow signal 24 by a difference between it and the actual rotation of a gas turbine. In addition, the upper limit of a gas turbine exhaust gas temperature signal 31 is set from compressor delivery pressure in compliance with definitive function, and a fuel flow signal 28 is obtained by the deviation between this and an actual turbine exhaust gas temperature signal 27, and a lower value selecting mean 29 selects a lower signal between the signals 24, 28 so as to control the opening of a fuel adjusting valve 5. In addition, a lower value selecting mean 34 selects a lower signal between an exhaust gas temperature upper limit signal 31 and an exhaust gas observed temperature signal 27 so as to control the opening of the inlet guide vane of a compressor inlet. With this arrangement, high steam condition can be selected without bringing decrease of plant heat efficiency.
