PURPOSE: To improve cooling effect of a compressor in a title apparatus using a nonazeotropic mixture refrigerant by communicating a refrigerant inlet of a gas/liquid separator and a condenser refrigerant outlet, and a liquid refrigerant outlet and an expansion device, and supplying a liquid refrigerant to a compression chamber of the compressor from the intermediate of the liquid refrigerant outlet and the expansion device. CONSTITUTION: A liquid refrigerant supply pipe 10 is branched from a liquid piping 9 coupling a first gas/liquid separator 5 and a first expansion valve 6, and a liquid refrigerant is supplied to a compression chamber of a compressor 1 through a flow rate adjusting valve 11. In this construction, a refrigerant at a gas/liquid two phase state emanating from a first condenser 2 is separated into gas and liquid with the first gas/liquid separator 5, and the liquid refrigerant is supplied to the compressor 1 for cooling, and hence the compressor 1 is excellently cooled.
