設けた冷凍機とを冷却配管で接続したことを特徴
とする多元冷凍装置。 (2) 請求項1記載の冷凍装置に於て、カスケー
ドコンデンサーと液溜機とを一緒にして該カスケ
ードコンデンサーの中に低温側冷媒ガスの冷却管
を挿入した多元冷凍装置。
