Abstract
PURPOSE:To economize fuel used by a method wherein exhaust gas, which is passed through a hot air oven containing waste plastic and keeps high temperature state, is utilized through recirculation. CONSTITUTION:By mixing charged plastics by a screw 10, thermoplastics, which melt under the temperature in an oven, and thermoplastics, which do not melt under said temperature, are mixed well with each other so as to evenly distribute hot air for treatment in order nearly uniformly heat them without developing uneven temperature distribution. By pressing semi-molten waste plastics against an exhaust door 22 through the pressing of a pressing plate 20, the material to be processed is subjected to forming treatment. Since hot air, which is blown in a hot air oven 6 during said treatment, contains a small amount of various decomposition gases and keeps high temperature, the hot air is reused as heat source, resulting the reduction of heat energy to 1/3-1/4.
