Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve a printing quality by executing the slow-up/slow-down control of a pulse motor by means of an equal speed difference and, simultaneously, matching a recording time with a motor speed. CONSTITUTION:In a speed-up table 16, a pulse column to slow-up/slow-down by the equal speed difference is stored. By a driving pulse specified at the speed-up table 16, a pulse motor 19 is driven. On the other hand, the above- mentioned pulse is sent to a recording timing preparing part 14, and thereby, a control is executed so as to match the movement of paper by the pulse motor 19 with the recording time by a thermal head 13. As a result, a feeding nonuniformity can be reduced, and simultaneously, the overlap of the recording due to the feeding nonuniformity and a printing omission can be made inconspicuous.
