CONSTITUTION:On a base material 13 of the memory elements 11, 12, a capacity element 10 is connected in parallel with the memory elements 11, 12 between a positive side power source 17 and a negative side power source 18. By the capacity element 10, an impedance Z0 of the power source observed from the memory elements 11-12 is smaller than a power source impedance Z when this capacity element 10 does not exist. Thus, by the capacity element 10, the power source voltage fluctuation of the memory element goes to be smaller than a case when the capacity element does not exist and the malfunction of the memory element can be prevented.
