Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a defect due to bubbles by improving dimensional accuracy, by a method wherein after a mold has been dipped into a molding material and the molding material is caused to gel within a sphere where the molding material comes into contact with the mold by heating the mold through high-frequency induction heating. CONSTITUTION:A ring 7 of polyvinyl chloride is fixed on a predetermined position of a mold 31 by inserting the ring 7 into the predetermined position of the mold 31 and the same is dipped into plastisol 34 of polyvinyl chloride hold into a vessel 32.
