Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent generation of a defect due to bubbles by improving dimensional accuracy, by a method wherein after a mold has been dipped into a molding material and the molding material is caused to gel within a sphere where the molding material comes into contact with the mold by heating the mold through high-frequency induction heating. CONSTITUTION:A ring 7 of polyvinyl chloride is fixed on a predetermined position of a mold 31 by inserting the ring 7 into the predetermined position of the mold 31 and the same is dipped into plastisol 34 of polyvinyl chloride hold into a vessel 32. Then high-frequency is oscillated by a coil 33 arranged on the outside of the vessel 32 and high-frequency induction heating of the mold 31 is performed. A temperature rise of a surface layer of the mold 31 is performed swiftly by the high-frequency induction heating, the plastisol 34 is caused to gel in a sphere coming into contact with the mold 31 and a gelation layer 35 is formed as shown by a chain line with a dot. As the gelation layer 35 is formed by one time dipping, a thickness of the same can be made accurate and uniform and the mold also can be dipped at room temperature, also generation of a defect due to rolling-in of bubbles can be prevented.
