Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve electromagnetic conversion characteristics and weatherability by forming a 1st thin magnetic film consisting of Co or Fe-Co alloy and the 2nd thin magnetic film consisting of a Co-Ni alloy successively on a nonmagnetic base. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic layer is formed of the two-layered structure of the 1st thin magnetic film 2 consisting of a high-saturation magnetic flux density material and the 2nd thin magnetic film consisting of a material having excellent weatherability. Namely, the 1st thin magnetic film 2 consisting of the Co or Fe-Co alloy (substitution quantity of Co is 0-50atom.%) and the 2nd thin magnetic film 3 consisting of the Co-Ni alloy (substitution quantity of Ni is 20-50atom.%) are successively formed on the nonmagnetic base. A synergistic effect is thereby exhibited by the two films and the excellent electromagnetic conversion characteristics and weatherability are obtd.
