CONSTITUTION:A pump housing 10 is formed with an intake path 31 for introducing working fluid straight toward an intake chamber 30 of pump and a bypass path 34 communicating to the intake path 31 from an opening of a valve receiving hole 33 for receiving a flow regulating valve 32 and inclined somewhat to the intake path 31. A sub-intake path 35 is provided which has one end orthogonal to the bypass path 34 at the proximity of an opening thereof and the other communicating to the intake path 31. When a great amount of bypass flow overflows the bypass path 33, a supercharging effect can be intensified by the sub-intake path 31.
