- 連結して形成された対向する側壁の内面に半導
体基板の周辺部を挿入するための複数の溝を有す
る半導体基板用キヤリアにおいて、少くとも一方
の前記側壁には半導体基板周辺部の両面をはさみ
固定する手段を有することを特徴とする半導体基
板用キヤリア。
