Abstract

CONSTITUTION:When an insulating substrate 5 formed in advance with a predetermined pattern electric circuit on a surface conductive layer 3 is manufactured, a temporary substrate 1 having a cast face A matched to the stereoscopic surface shape of a conductor is used. The substrate 1 is as an assembly of temporary substrate pieces 1a-1c divided to a flat part and uneven parts, and a desired pattern of a resist layer 2 is formed before assembling them on the electric circuit nonforming surfaces of the pieces 1a-1c. With the substrate 1 as an electrode it is electrically plated to form an electric circuit 3 on the cast face A. The substrate 1 is disposed in a metal mold 4, insulating molding material B is poured from an inlet 4a, to mold a substrate on the face A.
