Abstract
PURPOSE:To prevent a stress from being concentrated on a valve-action metal wire by a method wherein a pasty water-repellent material is applied to the root of the valve-action metal wire of an anode body and a resin layer with a specific hardness value is piled up at the root of the valve-action metal wire. CONSTITUTION:This capacitor is constituted by the following: an anode body obtained by molding and sintering a valve-action metal powder; a fluorine-based pasty water-repellent material 12 used to prevent a semiconductor mother liquid and a cathode liquid from creeping up; a valve-action metal wire 13 buried in the anode body 11 ; a resin layer 14 whose hardness is in a hardness range of 80-90. A UV-hardening resin material to be piled up is divided into three equal parts; a hardener or the like is added to them; their hardness is adjusted to obtain the hardness after hardening; the resin layer 14 is formed. If the resin with the hardness range of 80-90 is used, a root part of the valve-action metal wire can be reinforced; the thermal expansion and a contraction stress of the resin itself are moderate; a stress is not impressed on the side of the anode body; a good result is obtained regarding the heat resistance of a solder and in a test of a thermal shock.
