Abstract
PURPOSE:To obtain a consumable type measuring probe in low cost by making changeable plural gas introducing holes and thermocouples inserted at end part to a measuring converter by multiple points changing mechanism as the measuring probe of temp., gas composition and gas pressure in a blast furnace. CONSTITUTION:As the non-returnable consumable type probe for continuously measuring the temp. in the furnace, the composition and pressure of gas rising in the furnace at each position in the blast furnace, the probe 2 providing the plural gas introducing holes 11a-11d and thermocouples 12a-12d having measuring parts at end parts is used. By rotating the rotating part 19, the plural gas introducing holes 11a-11d and thermocouples 12a-12d are changed, and a guide tube 4 and lead wire 6 for the thermocouples in the tube 4 are connected with a thermometer 7, gas analyzer 8 and gas pressure gage 9, respectively. The probe 2 is descended as the charged materials 5 descend and the temp., gas composition and gas pressure at each position in the blast furnace are measured and at least the probe is burnt out to work as the consumable type probe.
