CONSTITUTION:The environmental atmosphere of oxide superconductor is set as any one of the following conditions (1)-(4): (1) Components containing elements except yttrium and lanthanum system element are attached on a surface of oxide superconductor; (2) Components containing elements except yttrium and lanthanum system element are made to exsist in vapor phase in contact with the surface of oxide superconductor, (3) A vacuum state is applied, (4) A reacting gas atmosphere is applied. When the oxide superconductor is irradiated with laser light, the irradiated part changes the property by the effect of doping, the reducing reaction, and the like, and turns to semiconductor or insulator.
