Abstract
PURPOSE:To miniaturize a solid electrolytic capacitor, and to decrease volume thereof by forming a semiconductor layer and a conductor layer onto the oxide layer of an anode valve metallic substrate spirally wound centering around an approximately central wire in parallel with a connected anode lead terminal in succession. CONSTITUTION:Aluminum, tantalum, etc., and an alloy based on these elements are employed as a valve metallic substrate 2 used as an anode, an oxide layer composed of the oxide of anode valve metallic itself is shaped onto the surface of the anode substrate, an anode lead terminal is connected at an arbitrary position in the longitudinal direction of the anode valve metallic substrate 2, and the oxide layer is wound so that the cross section of the anode valve metallic substrate 2 is wound spirally centering around the anode lead terminal 1. It is preferable that the anode valve metallic substrate 2 is wound previously in consideration of intervals so that a semiconductor layer and a conductor layer can be shaped excellently onto the oxide layer at that time. Accordingly, a solid electrolytic capacitor can be miniaturized and volume thereof can be reduced.
