化を検出する加熱型測温手段を下流側に配置し、
該加熱型測温手段の前記補正用測温手段により補
正した放熱量の変化によつて、液体中の気泡を検
出するようにしたことを特徴とする熱式気泡検出
器。 2 前記加熱型測温手段は測温素子を発熱用と測
温用に兼用するようにした実用新案登録請求の範
囲第1項に記載の熱式気泡検出器。 3 前記加熱型測温手段の測温素子は突起状の先
端部に内蔵し、該突起部を前記管路中に配置する
ようにした特許請求の範囲第2項に記載の熱式気
泡検出器。 4 前記加熱型測温手段はガラスで封止するよう
にした実用新案登録請求の範囲第3項に記載の熱
式気泡検出器。 5 前記測温素子はサーミスタとした実用新案登
