Abstract

PURPOSE: To widen the operating voltage range of a sensor output voltage by setting the value of the resistors constituting a differential amplifier at the resistance value satisfying the derived conduction by combination of an operational amplifier.
CONSTITUTION: The resistor R1 is provided between an inversion input terminal T- of the operational amplifier OP1 and an output terminal T4 of the amplifier OP1 and the resistor R2 is provided between a bridge output terminal T2 and the terminal T-. The resistor R3 is provided between the bridge output terminal T1 and the non- inversion input terminal T+ of the amplifier OP1 and the resistor R4 is provided between the output terminal T3 of a reference voltage Vd and the terminal T+. The resistance values are so set that the product of the resistance values of the resistors R1 and R3 is larger than the product of the resistance values of the resistors R2 and R4. Such characteristics that the sensor output voltage Vo is nearly zero until the sensor pressure increases to a prescribed pressure and that the voltage Vo increases linearly when said pressure increases to the prescribed pressure or above are, therefore, obtd.
