Abstract

PURPOSE: To offer changing a resistance value depending on only a change of mechanical strain of an element, by controlling to equalize a resistance value of P-N junction of pressure sensitive element to a set value.
CONSTITUTION: An adder 11 appears in both ends of a pressure detective circuit 3 by connecting one end of resistance R1 to point b and one end of resistance R2 to point a. Voltage ea at point a and voltage eb at point b are output in addition to differential amplifier 11a. Polar inversion 12 connects one end of resistance R4 to output of the adder 11 and output signal of the circuit 11 inversed by differential amplifier 11a to input to N type substrate 1 of the pressure sensitive element. Circuit 3 detects current change corresponding to resistance change of P type diffusion resistance layer 2 of the pressure sensitive element and output pressure signal. Here, the voltage applied to P-N junction of the substrate 1 is represented as eN and then relation of voltage eN with ea is represented as formula 1 and then if resistances R2∼R5 are settled to satisfy formula 2, the voltage eN only depend on ea. Thus, the voltage of P-N junction can be kept to determined value always.
