Abstract

PURPOSE:To eliminate an exhaust valve and the driving device thereof so as to simply the structure by communicating/shielding an partitioned space inside a rotor housing, accompanied with the reciprocating motion of a seal valve, with/from an exhaust hole formed on the wall part of the rotor housing. CONSTITUTION:Inside a rotor housing 1, there is arranged a rotor 3 fixed on a rotating shaft 2 in eccentricity. In this case, on the wall part of the rotor housing 1, an exhaust hole 11 is opened while in the opening part of the cylindrical inner surface 1a of the rotor housing 1, a seat part 13 is formed adjacent to the storing hole 12 of a seal valve 9. The other hand, the seal valve 9 is formed in such a way that a valve main body 15 is connected to the driving member 16 through a connecting member 17, being freely oscillated. The end of the driving member 16 is formed into an enlarged part 19 mated to the seat part 13 while a cut-off part 20 is formed on the enlarged part 19. Therefore, the seat part 13 is separated from the enlarged part 19 so as to communicate/ shield an inner space S2 with/from the exhaust hole 11.
