Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate the semiconductor circuit integration, to reduce the cost and to improve the accuracy by setting the temperature characteristic of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd constant current sources so as to obtain a current independently of the temperature, an input signal current proportional to the absolute temperature T and a current proportional to the absolute temperature respectively thereby adding or subtracting the base-emitter voltage of each transistor(TR). CONSTITUTION:Let constant currents of constant current sources 1, 2, 3 respectively be IRFE, II and IT, then the relation of ICQ7=ICR4XIEQ5/ICR6 exists, where ICQ4 is the collector current of a TR 4, IEQ5, IEQ6 are emitter currents of TRs 5, 6, and ICQ7 is a collector current of a TR 7. Then a constant current independently of the temperature (IRFE) is set as the ICQ4, IC31 is set as IEQ5 and IT is set as IEQ6, then the relation of ICQ7=IRFEXIC31/IT is obtained. Since the IREF is a constant current independently of the temperature, IT is c current proportional to the absolute temperature T and the 1C31 is a current proportional to the absolute temperature T, the absolute temperature T is cancelled and the ICQ7 is made independent of the temperature and constant.
